All orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 business days unless noted otherwise. All orders will receive an email with tracking information.

Processing by our third-party print/apparel services can take 7-14 business days.
Processing for custom orders may take 7-21 business days.

Upon order shipping confirmation, delivery will take:
3-8 business days in the US
6-10 business days in Canada.
7-20 business days international.

All art pieces are FINAL SALE and non-refundable unless damaged during transit. Love Taegan uses third party printing/shipping services.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. In the event your item arrives damaged, please contact us at design@lovetaegan.com or the “Get In Touch” page within three (3) days of receipt.

Bespoke artwork can be digital art or hand painted pieces. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required prior to start any custom project. The remaining balance will need to be paid upon final review.

Digital art lead times are between 7-14 days and are sent electronically unless a physical print is requested at an additional fee.

For hand painted orders, lead time are between 2-12 weeks depending on size, complexity, and medium.

Clients will be kept up to date with progress in the event changes need to be made. Love Taegan will provide concept drawing, rough draft and final.
